AgeWell Institute

Baptist AgeWell Center for Senior Health, the centerpiece program of Baptist AgeWell Institute, has officially opened to patients and their families. Led by a fellowship-trained geriatrician and staffed by a multidisciplinary gerontology-trained team, AgeWell Center for Senior Health is an outpatient clinic of Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville offering a comprehensive approach to geriatric healthcare that is unique to our region.

Solantic Urgent Care

Solantic is now Care Spot a division of Baptist Health. Care Spot offers urgent medical care at convenient locations and extended hours. Solantic had disparate systems, reference guides and patient records that were not easily searchable or linked to each Solantic location. Patients would have an extensive check-in process that would sometimes require re-submitting required forms manually.
